  • 0.5kg chicken mini-fillets
  • 120g  all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 60g breadcrumbs (you can use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch)

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
